Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Copinet (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Copinet allows users to:

  • Copy listing data from one website to another.
  • Automatically log newly created listings into Google Sheets selected by the user.

The Service does not sell or broker real estate listings; it only automates data handling.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Copinet.

4. Use of the Service

  • Permitted Use: Use the Service only to copy and log listings you are legally allowed to handle.
  • Prohibited Use: Do not:
    • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights (including the original websites’ Terms of Service).
    • Misuse the Service for scraping or spamming.
    • Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with Copinet’s functionality.

5. User Data and Google Sheets Access

  • Copinet accesses Google Sheets only to write listing information to the spreadsheet you specify.
  • Copinet does not access or store any unrelated Google Drive, Gmail, or Calendar data.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of Google Sheets complies with Google’s policies.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

Copinet only processes the data you actively copy. No listing data is sold to third parties. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Third-Party Content and Services

The Service may interact with third-party platforms (e.g., real estate websites, Google). Copinet is not responsible for their content, availability, or compliance.

8. Modifications to the Service

We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties—express or implied—regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Copinet and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Copinet, its developers, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
